I am interested in getting your ideas as to what you think a Uncertified 32-Coin Atlanta Olympic Set should realistically be selling for during these economically difficult times. The gray sheet can tell me all day long that it's bid is this and ask is that. I'm more concerned with what the real pricing dynamics are in 2011.

Any help is appreciated.

I didn't know there was a 32-Coin Atlanta Olympic Set. What pieces are in it? My guess is that it would be valued on the bullion content more than anything else.

There was one on ebay with a buy it now/make offer listed at $8900. Don't think it sold but it is not listed now. The proof set is available for $2300. I have never seen the unc ms listed separately. It is real valuable and very hard to find. Good Luck

My newest Red Book is 2010 .. it list the 32 coin set at $9600 (of course Red Book is high)

This set comes in a nice cherry wood box
8 - gold coins (4 proof and 4 UNC)
16 Silver dollars ( 8 proof and 8 UNC)
8 - clad half dollars

The 95 - 96 Olympic coins have some of the lowest mintage's of the modern commemorative coins

After researching this set it is worth 8 to 10 thousand as a very rare set. You just have to find a person who sees this set as a prize which it is.
