Hey, any Idea what is up with this one? The price on the holder said they wanted 35 bucks for it, I got it for nothing, it was givin to me, but is this a mint error, or does it look like someone wore it off. I know nothing about error coins, so maybe this is common...

Very common, and not really an error. It happens when grease is in the die. I'm no expert, but I would say your penny is worth about one cent.

You could check coppercoins.com to see if it is a variety, but it is not the big one for 1994.
