There is a big difference in a mintage of 20,000 vs 730,000. Interesting coin in the fact that it is concave. Not sure if I care for the toning or not, but it's kinda growing on me. An interesting fact that I learned when I met somebody from the Bank of Ireland some years back is that the coin is considered unlucky since it is the only Irish coin that does not have a harp on the reverse. However, as you note, the toning could make it hard to really determine one way or the other.
