Found tonight roll searching.

Looks like it's the 1968D 1 MM 001 on coppercoins, but no die markers match.

It seems to match perfectly, although it seems to me your coin shows more of the extra loupe on the inside.

And your lower doubled serif is much stronger than the one pictured in the LDS on the 001.

Is there a die gouge NE from the FG on the reverse?

Very nice find in the wild.

The difference in the stronger RPM is that it is probably an earlier die state coin. Also another factor could be angle the image was taken.

I'll still go with it being the 1968D 1MM-001

That would be the marker for the EDS example. SO it it a MDS example. Nice find!
