Couldn't pass up the chance to show off this stack of coins! What do you think the face value of this stack is?

Very impressive. Did you make this yourself? If so then you must have a very steady hand.

That's cool. Looks like a big piece of coiled cable. You could pull the USS Missouri with it :)

I would guess about $180.00. Did you make this yourself?

That is awesome! If you did it yourself, keep going! Make it taller!

My sister sent me this picture and I'm not sure where she got it (the picture). I thought the face value would be somewhere around $500 but wondered what everybody else thought. It sure is cool looking and could be made into all kinds of things. Coin sculptures anyone?

we used to make things like that when I was a kid out of the rolls of coins my grandfather had laying around the house. It sometimes wouldn't be that big but we built some out of a couple hundred rolls of lincoln Cents and they were pretty good size

I would say $550 or $600, hard to tell exactly though. That's pretty cool!

I found a site where the builder says there are about 2500 US and Canadian quarters in that picture. They did this on a turntable with a metal cylinder in the middle to keep the coins aligned.
