This is an uncirculated coin, I'm only an average cherry picker and new to alot of it. I have heard of missplaced mint marks and I do see an S under the 2nd 5 and really doesn't appear to be damage or anything but I'm a rookie so what do ya think?

It may look like an "S", but note the difference in size between the mint mark and the supposed "S". They are not the same size, so it is just a die flow or roughness on the die that the eye thinks is something, when it not. The eyes does funny things:

They mint marks are all the same for the same year on pre 1990 coins. Same punches used.

I lost a little in the translation reading the last few posts...

There are different styles of mintmarks used in some years, but 1955 is not one of those years. What you ahve on your coin is a stray stain, possibly with a die gouge or scratch, that happens to look a little bit like an S if you hold your tongue just right. It's a normal coin.
