Pretty certain that's an RPM, but please refer to the 1960 thread you started for a little help with the imaging.

Again...tried to adjust and enlarge for easier viewing. Your light source is casting some wicked shadows making it hard to see the areas around the lettering. Maybe this will help...maybe not. Figured WTH...I had a few min to spare. :)

Photobucket is not the greatest for making adjustments to the pictures. Try Paint.net @ http://www.getpaint.net/ or photoscape @ http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php . Both are free and work great for what you will need. Photoscape allows for circle cropping which is nice for coins. Good luck and have fun.

I've found many of these in the rolls I've searched. The variety looks a little different in the die state that I have, but this one matched the one in the RPM book and coppercoins.com. I knew it when I saw it.
