94 Lincoln Error/PMD?

Not really sure if this is anything or not. It is a 94 Lincoln. From about 9:30 to 10:30, the rim seems to be sloped; looks like a smooth Cud (if there is such a thing). It does not look like PMD. Any ideas?

An image of the whole coin might reveal what is going on with this coin. If it is incuse in the area in question then it might mean one thing, or if it raised it would it would mean something else. So knowing more about the area in question will help to see what happened to this coin.
