I was tempted to bid on this... Though decided against it. I didn't feel 100% comfortable, and the price went up way beyond my price range. Regardless, what do you all think of the finish? Proof or business?

Honestly, I don't think the coin is the same in both pictures. Look at the hair lines on the right on the obverse. They are different directions. I think this is a business strike that has been cleaned.

I agree, looks like a business strike with AU details and an old cleaning. The toning could be natural "retoning" or could be AT that was applied to conceal the evidence of mishandling.

Hard to tell from the images but I think it could very well be a PF-45.

I agree with the coin not being the same coin in those images...
The first two pictures had more wear...
Looks like a business strike to me.
