Wow that's is a great looking toned commemorative. I don't think that I have ever seen such toning on a modern commemorative like that. Defiantly a keeper. Great job on your picture too.

just wondering did that happen in it original gov packaging or was it put in an album?

The Prestige Sets are not sealed and the additional packaging materials may affect the coins. My three Prestige Sets (1988, 1990, 1991) have similar toning, but mostly along the coin edges.

Love the toning on coins but hate the spotting that sometimes with the toning. Very nice.
