I guess I am lucky. My Credit Union branch has had the same four tellers for several years now. I only remember one teller leaving in recent history (she wanted to be a stay-at-home mom after her child was born) and her replacement is still there. But Credit Unions are a different beast, so I am not surprised that banks might have a high turnover.
