Found a few of these in a new roll [uncirculated].2007 Die Clash 10ct. In this picture you can see the full imprint of the sails of the Schooner at the back of the Queens hair. The imprint in front of her nose is the tip of the Schooner.

There's a full imprint of the Queens face and nose at the front of the sails and a puff of hair imprint by the date.

This picture has the leg of the last A in REGINA coming out of the water. Not all of these coins have this Die Clash marking making it some what of a variety. There is a definite progression of Clashing detail between the 3 coins I found.

Awesome die clash! Don't see these often on modern coins. Some claim it can't happen with the modern presses - Apparently it's not impossible!

In the latest issue of Canadian Coin News, there is an article by John Regitko that addresses Clash Marks on recent vintage coins. He talked to a Canadian Mint person and relates that the Clash-prone presses were shipped to Winnipeg when that Mint opened. So you can, as you proved, still have Clash marks on modern coins.

What year did they bring those new presses to Winnipeg? I didn't realize the significance of this find when it comes to there new press design to prevent these kind of errors. I got 10 rolls from the local bank in 2007 and went through 8 rolls and found 3 of these coins. There are still 2 unbroke rolls from this batch and the chances are good for maybe more. Should I break them or keep them unbroke?
