Huge-1856-Flying-Eagle-Cent-Copy

This is a much larger than original size COPY of the famous 1856 Flying Eagle cent. It is white metal with a proof-like finish, measures 47.5mm in diameter, is 3.0mm thick and weighs 46.40 grams. The rim is mostly reeded though there is a break in the reeding where the number H01140 is incused:

Anyone have any information on who produced this, whem, etc.
