Are they raised? If so they could be die scratches/light gouges. They disappear behind the devices. If they flow over the devices it could be poor mixing on the planchets stock material.

As in a woody effect? I don't see it going through the effects.

Interesting that if it is gouges, there are others like it

Did you look at the larger image? I can't see detail any better then that.
Looks like a hair struck through in front of the nose.
