1885 O VAM?

This coin http://cgi.ebay.com/1885-O-Morgan-S...em3cb573fb20 is up on ebay. Not sure if I would agree with the grade. I'd put it closer to a 60 given the wear on ear and hair (or is that just a weak strike?) My question is can you identify this VAM? I'm looking at the die cracks along the NIT of United and along the STAT of States and again over the M of America. Is that a doubled ear?

My guess is either v-8 or v-14 (strictly because of what I think to be a mm shifted right).

tuff call on the mint mark...I believe its a VAM 9....the 5 really sticks out and is almost touching the dentile's and the die cracks look like a match
