How am I supposed to be able to bid, the picture is so dark anything could be hiding on the coin. it's supposed to be an EF 1914-S

in this image I uploaded I now can see the digritis on the coin chin and cheek.

the bid is pressing on 30 bucks with more than an hour to go.

This coin went for more than 50 dollars, I just don't get it? bargain hunters just taking a chance knowing that they can return it?

I don't have time for that stuff, oh well I continue looking for the 14-S

Really, I'm wearing glasses and the picture is still so dark that the S is all but obscured. glasses are no replacement for good pictures.

while the lightened photo looks good, what is the real color of the coin?

Just guessing: the converted picture is probably close (maybe a little darker). Compare the tone of original staples and a white 2x2.

Unfortunately for sellers (good for savvy buyers), I think this is a common "misconclusion" on ebay. I truly believe that the vast majority of lousy pictures on ebay are just simply that... lousy pictures. Nothing more, nothing less.
