King Edward VII reigned from 1901 to 1910. The lion and palm tree suggests Africa but there's no denomination, country etc. Having said that it looks like a fantasy piece to me.

I agree with Thai-Vic. It appears to be a fantasy-piece, or perhaps a souvenir medallion.
