Sap, your coin has evaded idenitification for eight years and looks like it will be unidentified for a while longer. I looked thru my old Krause, looking for those ".. .. .." marks. The style is similiar to those countries you mentioned, but not a match.

I wonder if the publishers of Krause would like a copy of the photo to add to their listings.

Gxseries, your is a tough one too. I find the wiggly writing very hard to comprehend and match. Krause has a section of "Illustrated guide to Eastern Mint Names" which shows which squiggly lines stand for which mint. I find it very hard to match with actual coins.
