I have been collecting this series type set in Mint State and while hearing these coins are NOT recognized by NGC for the set to be considered a complete set, I just saw the link "Bryan1315" placed up where the Vams are given points or scores, and the 2-coins I have mentioned, are not even listed for points or recognition? I have noticed some members collections posted pictures, do NOT include these coins also.

I am not sure why this is and was looking forward to hearing some feedback from fellow VAM collecting members, just confused

I am guessing because NGC calls the 84A an 84 with "E" and the 80A doesn't have any letter transfer so no real need to say its a legitimate added VAM to the B1 set. they called it a 84 with clashed E before LVA called it a 84A though. PCGS doesn't even do the 84 with clashed E, they just call them all 84's

Bryan while I regard your opinion with much sense, I just do not see this as an explanation the community will see as written in stone.
I would like to think there is another reason people do not collect the coin in most sets while it is a B1 Reverse coin!!!I know some TPG'S recognize the VAM and attribute it while others simply do not, and this is just not even close to a level playing field among grading company policy's, what one excepts, another does not, why, I see no plausible rationale.

the TPG's can't keep up with all the VAM's with them ever changing like VAM's getting killed off and new ones added and all that stuff its a real headache. It was a real task to get the TPG's to even recognize any VAM if I remember correctly. I can tell you this, just because a B1 coin isn't in the registry set it has absolutely no bearing on what coins I have in my set, I just can't add them to the registry set until they decide to add a spot for them. I do have the 80A and 84A (as you well know)even though I do not think a 80A should be included since its just a bigger break and with every other VAM to be considered there has to be a letter transfer. I do have it though just because at one point and time LVA thought it was relevant enough to call it a specific VAM. I expect it to be killed one day though for the reason I just mentioned
