There's been some discussion about "Hanging" numbers, so I thought it would be fun to post a collection of them. Here's a few of mine. If you have other dates, go ahead and post them here. (try to overlook the dirt and verdigris etc. These are the handiest pics I had ):

Nice hangers. Is the 62 a double hanger? Also...the 58 looks like a second clash connecting the top of the 5 to the 8. It could just be the lighting. Nice collection. I have a few different dates but I do not have pics of them. :(

Yep, the 62 is a double. On the 58, just the lighting.

I shoot through the eyepiece I salvaged from a broken video camera or a loupe.

It's a seven year old Kodak CX6330 3.1mp. Battery cover is broken, the lense doesn't retract all the way in, and the flash works when it wants. But, it does the job. Not high quality photos but good enough for posting on the net.

Very nice! I use an old Canon Powershot A75 with a magnifying glass in macro mode for when taking pics of hangers, an now the scanner for everything else. Nice job and good photos! Thanks :)
Just a note, in your 1958 I noticed a raised dot in the bottom of the 8...?

3 pics of a 1998 die clash
http://s989.photobucket.com/albums/...3QQcurrentZZhttp://s989.photobucket.com/albums/...DCsmall2.jpg

I found a dozen of these, they are are not hard to find and they look good. I have two with a double clash on the obverse, doubled 89 under her chin.
