I'll go along with VF25. The lighting makes it look like it has been cleaned.

It may have been cleaned. I'm not sure. That doesn't affect the grade right? Just the value (I'm not selling, just wondering.)

That's right. If it was cleaned, it still has VF details, but might only sell for F money due to the cleaning.

VF cleaned, unless it's just your lighting. Calibrate your white balance and try using a white back ground for the coin. Size your final pics to about 800x600 or so to the get the file size to <100k.

Those are very sharp photos to assess a technical grade from. That's a very sharp coin, too, for a basically understruck series. I could give that a technical VF-30, easy. The problem is, the off-color in your photos. Still, I think one can make out the flat look to those surfaces, indicating that coin was pretty harshly-cleaned.
