Silver has gone up since then and think I would like to turn around and sell them to buying 90% later on. My question is if AMPEX is currently asking $41.95 for 100-499 of the 2010, what is a fair price for me to ask for my coins on the coin forum? Report this Post to the Staff

The spot price dropped below $37 today and it looks like the dollar is strengthening. Hard to say, but I'd start by offering friends spot + shipping if you've turned a decent profit. jimineez Valued Member United States 287 Posts	Posted 03/28/2011 2:47 pm I've seen a few WTB postings on the boards lately for $2-$3 above spot for nice ASE's....That should be fair....I know dealers that will pay spot +$1 all day long. Silverhawk74 Pillar of the Community United States 3670 Posts	Posted 03/28/2011 4:05 pm Looks like the big four are down a bit today, but silver is still setting over 37 bucks an ounce, and it will take more than one bad day to convince me silver or any is dropping in the short or long run, or that the dollar is gaining strength.... If I was a betting man, I would put my money on silver passing 38 bucks an oz by late Friday.... I can get those silver Eagles all day long at local silver shop for 1 buck over spot, and tax, good luck what ever you do, roughly 41 an some change.... Report this Post to the Staff

mkman123 Pillar of the Community United States 3184 Posts	Posted 03/28/2011 5:21 pm What is APMEX paying? Try spot + 2-3 bucks here on the forums, should sell fast. Why sell them at the moment? I would keep them and then use whatever money you have to get 90%. But I can see that if your getting a premium you could buy some extra 90% however 90% is around 25x+ now. Some rolls...I as looking today actually, and they are selling for over 900$... Might be worth looking. A lot of people seem to be scared of ebay though. But I am very confident with paypal and their protection. Just me though. Only issue with buying, is I always test and weigh whatever I get to make sure its legit, haha Report this Post to the Staff
