One of my customers came in today with a small jar of coins for me to buy. I bought the silver below melt because that's all he would accept. I also bought him lunch.

What a good day! Wouldn't happen to be an "S" on the back of that Indian Head would there? Could become a great day!!

nice on the 1922 penny. I havent been able to find any small cents under '38 without going to a coin store..hopin I come across some older ones in roll hunting to fill in gaps but outta luck...haven't filled a gap in 4 boxes :(

I haven't looked at my penny collection for a while but I think I only need a couple of dates to finish a circulated collection. I found a 1925 while metal detecting a couple of years ago (put a nice gouge in it, of course) so that one is out of the way. Next time I go to the safety deposit box, I'll check my album.

I'm going on Friday, if it isn't too busy at work. It's been a while since I've looked at the album and I'm old(er) so I can't remember exactly what I have.

thats alright...I can always hope for one in a roll ut the oldest I've found is a 38 lol..seems like I find more older american coins in my rolls then canadian..

Same with me. I've pulled more wheats from the teens and twenties from Canadian cent rolls, than I have early Canadian cents. I may have found three or four Canadian 30's cents compared to a few dozen pre-1930 wheats.
