Die cracks off the corners of the monument are pretty common for this year. As for the 2nd pic not sure what you have there, besides more die dents or gouges.

Lots of die cracks in 83. I have several rolls of them and don't why I keep saving them.

The obverse is finger feed and reverse are die cracks.

Don't think it's finger feeder damage,looks more like die abrasion marks and I see no trail die marks. Nice die cracks though.

Just die abrasion. Seems like Feeder Finger Damage happens mostly on reverse dies that I've noticed.
