I don't think so, picture# 1 is a die cracked post a larger picture and maybe we can see the d/d ear?

I guess I should not actually say double ear, more like doubling in the lobe...

Ok I have used the gimp, and I have whited out what I think is the doubling on the lobe of the ear. By comparison, you may see that the ear lobe is fatter than normal.

If the area is depressed, it's the normal pocket behind the ear. If it bulges, you could have something, but I cannot discern anything from the images.

It does bulge, it is not flat.
