Its probably a coin from the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, I don't know beyond that. Since I don't see a value, may only be a token?

Something about Dawn Fraser's swimming performance in 1964. Jeez, my Japanese is rusty.

A friend with better Japanese noted it's specifically celebrating her third 100m Freestyle gold. (She won in Melbourne in '56 and Rome in '60 as well as Tokyo.)
