Why bother responding to you since you take the coins and sell them incorrectly misrepresented as something they are not anyway? Your little fiasco with the 1969S cent might have made you some immediate cash, but it ruined your reputation with me.

No, I do not understand you selling a $1 coin misrepresented as something it is not to make $40. People like you ruin the hobby for people who want to learn, pay fair prices for coins, and not be swindled. You were told that your coin was nothing, yet you ran off and sold it misrepresenting it as something valuable.

I don't like to hear of anyone losing their job, but just because you lose your job doesn't mean you have to swindle people for a living.

guess what my mom just lost, too? her job. and my dad is getting paid so little now that we have to save every penny we can. every time I buy anything with the money I dont have, I am forced to give up all I earn to pay it back.

but do you see me going and selling my cleaned coins as beautiful MS grades? do you see me selling my MDs as DDOs that are "extremely valuable?" thought so.

The OP might want to read this:

"Misrepresentation is a tort, or a civil wrong. This means that a misrepresentation can create civil liability if it results in a pecuniary loss. For example, assume that a real estate speculator owns swampland but advertises it as valuable commercially zoned land. This is a misrepresentation. If someone buys the land relying on the speculator's statement that it is commercially valuable, the buyer may sue the speculator for monetary losses resulting from the purchase."
