Heres what appears to be a double struck dime.

I do have two questions about this coin. My first question is: is it possible for a very loose die to make this coin look like a double struck? I'm not very firmiliar with dimes. My second question is: The M and E on AMERICA is that a trail die or an effect of the double struck?

There's nothing double struck about this coin. All appearances it's just a normal dime.

There is a die gouge behind the ST of STATES, and the ME of AMERICA looks marginally possible as a trail die...but neither of these things makes the coin especially collectible.
