To tell the truth, I'm not sure of the date, I took some photos testing a new "toy" and miss-placed the coins. Mostly, I'd like to know if it looks like a double die possibility (need better pics). If I can find the darn thing again I will post better photos! I zoomed in to 400% to see the top left corner of the R, though I can see (or imagin to see) more.

I can almost guarantee that this will be some form of Machine Doubling as all recently created dies us the new "single squeeze" hubbing technique. This technique seems to create doubling only towards the center of the design (whenever doubling does occur) and not on the periphery like the motto in your example.

I'd have to see a picture that doesn't have glow lighting and motion blur to be sure of anything...but I'd agree with Chugly to say that if this would happen to be a doubled die the doubling is in a very odd place.

Then I'll take my time looking for it, I got a call in the middle of seaching and I think I put it back in the wrong pile! Thanks for the help! If I find it and can get a better photo I'll post it.
