Ok having trouble figuring out this dime. Heard term used (dryer dime) or something of the sort. Any Idea what has become of this one.

It looks like post mint damage...someone was playing around with rims!

Or maybe it was put in a dryer and shrunk...lol

Looks like a Dryer Coin or maybe spooning,someone started to make a ring but gave up.
