Looks like Machine Doubling. So unless its a Wide AM 1998-2000 it is probably in that price range?

Well, this one is actually double struck. I wouldn't call this simple Machine Doubling.

Worth some premium - a couple dollars.

There's also some doubling on the words ONE CENT...would that make a difference of whether it is Machine Doubling or a double strike? I'll try to post some better pictures tomorrow. I appreciate the advice!

Really Chuck? It looks to have all the characteristics of simple MD to me.

What I noticed right off was the fact that if it was MD how did the
slippage cause a thinner/shorter than normal device ?
