Bizybackson Pillar of the Community United States 1817 Posts	Posted 04/08/2011 03:15 am Exceptional clean surfaces with better than average coloration. Strong strike & eye appeal for early '80s IHC. It might be your photos, but I am guessing the coin has scintillating or coruscating luster when rocked, so PCGS gave the coin a MS65RD grade. Report this Post to the Staff
