I agree, VF35/Cleaned. I love New Orleans Seated coins. Still, a very nice coin!

I think I could go with an EF-40 for this one! It doesn't look too badly cleaned...

VERY nice for a New Orleans strike!!

EF-40 details looks like some toning was stripped off with an abrasive cleaner

(scratches are heaviest in areas with uneven lighter toning)
