Rachums107, it doesn't look like one to me. When I zoom up the image I can see the tops of the W, D, and O are indented. The "line" we see running across those areas may just be an indistinct trail off the machine that caused those indentations. I've seen those same indentations on '09s and on other LWCs from that period, too. FWIW...

The mint mark scares me also, as much as I'm not a fan of slabbing services,
I couldn't sleep at night until that coin was authenticated.
Actually that is the service I love about grading companies.

The mm looks like it took a little kiss from a rolling machine, bottom-right. That said, I don't know enough about these mms to question them.

The shape of the MM looks right to me, and it is in the right place. That being said, I agree with BadThad; looks to have a few tooling marks around the MM. Not trying to be negative, but get that baby off to a TPG! Hope it comes back a genuine MS64 or perhaps a 65!
