When I zoom up the image I can see the tops of the W, D, and O are indented. The "line" we see running across those areas may just be an indistinct trail off the machine that caused those indentations. I've seen those same indentations on '09s and on other LWCs from that period, too. FWIW... Report this Post to the Staff

upstate Pillar of the Community United States 3283 Posts	Posted 04/09/2011 3:17 pm The mint mark scares me also, as much as I'm not a fan of slabbing services, I couldn't sleep at night until that coin was authenticated. That being said, I agree with BadThad; looks to have a few tooling marks around the MM. Not trying to be negative, but get that baby off to a TPG! Hope it comes back a genuine MS64 or perhaps a 65!
