I actually think this one might get the bump up to MS-64. There are bag marks on the obverse, but I've seen more than this in a 64 holder.

In the high-res picture, the toning does not look all that appealing, but in hand the coin has a golden
appearance all on the left side. Its really nice.

I wish I could figure out how to make and post a very short video (.wav file) with the coin moving slighty
to show the golden shine.

So I submitted this one listing Vam-4 as the attribute, but instead they wrote vam-8A. Have to take a look at the Vaming site to the similarities.

Be prepared to . The 1883-CC VAM photos can be confusing.

I don't see the dash under the second 8, which is needed to make a VAM4. We need the obverse much larger to ascertain the clash marks, the reverse looks right on for the 8A as I see clash marks are very obvious.

I was bummed that I had missed this set being posted, and had not got in a grade on them, then I saw it was two years ago, ANACS must have been really backed up.

8A has the dash as well. It's the mint mark orientation that swayed ANACS with this one.
