Still could be an off center if both sides are off the same. But the reeding on the edge would be missing if it is a broadstruck off center. Report this Post to the Staff
Fuzzy317 Moderator United States 14463 Posts	Posted 04/20/2011 8:05 pm she brought the "coins" and gave them to me. One is a plain cent planchet with no markings. The other is a dime planchet that was been through some machine because it has a small portion stamped with the top of the "L" in Liberty on the obverse, and "ED S" on the reverse.
