I did a little search, and didn't find one. I know of broadstrike, off center, DDO, DDR, and Cud. Is there a listing of the coin errors?

Thanks

according to how its described, a co-worker has a dime that was "struck off-center", with no date. She will try and remember to bring/show the coin next week. And I will have to remember to bring my microscope

Without a date is not as desirable as the one with a date. Still could be an off center if both sides are off the same. But the reeding on the edge would be missing if it is a broadstruck off center.

she brought the "coins" and gave them to me. One is a plain cent planchet with no markings. The other is a dime planchet that was been through some machine because it has a small portion stamped with the top of the "L" in Liberty on the obverse, and "ED S" on the reverse.

Its clad. Doesn't sound silver and you can see a little of the cladding on lower reverse lettering.

Broadstruck off center strike. Looks like 90-95%.

On ebay there is an 80% off center dime for $35. So it would be worth hanging onto.
