1995 Cent DD

Almost the entire obs of this 1995 appears to be doubled includng the motto. Please take a look and tell me what you think. The reverse appears normal.

thingee, have you tried coppercoins(.com
) web site ?there are a number of 1995 DDO's there..this is a link to the DDO-002 listed there.http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mdsthe nose and mouth on your coin appear to be post mint damage.mechanical die doubling.however that does not mean that 'true doubled die effects' are not present on your coin.

There is a registered 1995 P obverse doubled die. I actually purchased one a couple of months ago, and the doubling is quite obvious. http://www.coingalaxy.com/coininfo/doubling.html is a picture of almost exactly what I bought. Nice Find!? (did you find this?)

This coin was damaged, probably during striking. It is not a doubled die.
