The luster looks too dull for a 64. Heck, even a 63RB is worth some serious cash! Is it raw? (I think I see the edge of a 2x2 in the obverse pic) If this one isn't certified, it would be worth sending in (if not cleaned of course). Report this Post to the Staff

Awesome Wally Valued Member United States 176 Posts	Posted 04/22/2011 2:05 pm As I've heard on this forum many times, high grades are all about the luster. Since the coin is not radiating that luster, I would give it an MS64 RD. Otherwise it would probably go at least MS66. Report this Post to the Staff
