Trying to get through the ordering process as we speak for the Uncirculated ATB 5oz coin as we speak. As the title says, a true nightmare.

I think my order went through but I can't get to the tracking screen. Our tax dollars sure don't go to them having a robust website.

Of course, the phone lines are busy. Busy? Who doesn't have a system to receive calls in the order they were received? Appears our Government is years behind.

I got my order through successfully. I just kept pressing the "try again" button when the connection timed out. You have to do that at each step of the way.

Good Luck!

I have it in my Cart, But the proceed button does not work at the billing address screen. Doesn't even start the loading process.

Yes, agreed. Just keep refreshing, eventually a slot on the network will open up. Expect to do that a couple of times per step. Enabling the quick pay feature saves at least two steps, fyi. Be persistent & good luck, all!

Looks like you have to jump in as soon as the offering is made, signing in beforehand didn't save that much more time as I had to do so two more times before I completed checkout. Enabling quick pay, on the other hand, shaved off 10 minutes. It is a real bummer that the site crashes every time the Mint puts out a popular offering. Hope they put the other other 4 2010 ATB releases together instead of singly since ordering from the website is a potentially frustrating and unrewarding process.
Rest in Peace

There's no excuse for the phones to be busy. There are companies that do nothing but handle inbound marketing calls, and 27,000 items is a drop in the bucket to them.

While calling on the phone and logged into the website, the website finally got my order through. WHEW!

BUT....just because you have an order number in hand, does not mean you will receive anything. Just means you are a number...in a line....ran by the government.

I just call on the phone and tell them I just can't get through on the web site. I always say I just spent almost a half hour and never could get my order placed. Then they say how sorry they are, take my order and I get it withing a few days.
