All of these coins have what seems to be extra columns. I'm having a hard time with telling the difference between extra columns and MD or simply zinc rot. Are they DDR?

There are 4 different coins. All 1993.

The second and 3rd one might be but the last one definitely isn't.

Looking at them again I have no idea why that one found it's way in. In no way does this look normal to me. It's either DD or MD. How can you tell the difference with the extra column variety?

Go here...they have a few DDR's listed from the years you have posted..you could be able to compare Die markings and see if it is a listed DDR
