Looked cool, got the seller down from $20 to $16.
What do you think?

I was going with G6. CDN is right @ $16. You did fine. Nice looking original coin too :)

It's not a bad price, but honestly you could probably do better on a common date coin.

It's not as easy finding pre-1853 dimes in acceptable condition, compared to later dates. The price was not a fabulous deal but you might have to wait quite awhile to locate a similar coin for less money. If you like the coin I'd say you did OK.

It would be fun to start a budget set of these (ie. all G4). That's what I'm doing with Barber dimes. Your challenges would be the early CC's, especially that 1874-CC, and coins like the 1860-O for example. Completing even a low grade set of these would take time and $.

I have a 1875 CC but its not too good, and yes I am very sattisfied with the purchase. Seems to me these dimes tend to get alot of wear on the edges and this one looks nice.

Nice dime in good condition. I just love the Seated Liberty type coins. Congratulations.

Good deal, but you could have got it for much lesser price as now days winning bid is just $11.
