I got my 2011 Silver America the Beautiful proof set today. All I can say is well done. What a gorgeous set of coins.

The quality of silver set (and the regular proof set) really improved with the 2010 release. Maybe it had something to do with the debut of the ATB Quarters, or the protective insert inside the lens, the overall quality is much improved from the 50 State Quarters years. Getting rid of the foam insert, which caused acceleration of some silver coins to a champagne color, definitely helped.

There is a very noticeable difference in the quality of the statehood silver proofs I have and the America The Beautiful Silver proofs. I was floored by the 2011 Silver proofs and my 2010 set is on the way so I am extremely excited to see those.

I bought the 2010 Silver Proof ATB set also. The quality of both sets is equal and striking.

I agree. Got my 2011 silver proof set a month or so back and it is beautiful. My 2010 has visible flaws on each coin so was kind of a disappointment, but the 2011 is gorgeous.

I thought all of the state silvers looked good too, except for the later ones. It's like each year the strikes got weaker and weaker (particularly 2009).
