I'll take a whack on these....
Liberty nickels:
1883 no cents: VF
1910: EF-40
1912: F damaged.
Shield nickels: F-12 and G-4.
1838 (?) large cent: VG detail, severe damage.
1934 (?) half dollar: AU-53.
1897 Philippines peso: I'm not familiar with this issue but I'd estimate VF-35 or EF-40.
Seated dimes: AG (1871) to EF-40 (1877). The 1876 is obviously badly damaged.
1817 thaler: AG.
1916 Barber dime: EF-40 detail, damaged.
3-cent nickels: 1865 VG-10; 1866 F-15, minor reverse damage.
1868 2-cent: VF-20 detail, but looks like it has a slight corrosion problem.
Probably none of these coins is worth investing a grading fee. The only exceptions would be the 1871 and 1872 dimes IF they happen to be the very rare Carson City (CC mintmark) issues. An 1872-S (San Francisco) dime is a better date but IMO not worth slabbing in this grade. Definitely check the dime reverses for mintmarks.
The foreign coins are only worth submitting if they happen to be rare and valuable dates. You might post those coins in the World Coin forum to get information on their value.
IMO the best coin so far from "the bag" would be that 1875-S 20-cent piece you posted earlier.
