Probably missing due to either grease in the die, or overpolishing. To me it looks like you can see bits of the initials that didn't get removed entirely. It happens occasionally, no big premium if any on it.

I can see the initials. I believe they need to be gone completely with maybe just a trace being acceptable for that error.

Zoomed 10x and with a 30x loupe you can baaarrrely see it. With the naked eye? Not so.
