It was hard for me to get a good picture of these.
In hand can read "WE" but weak. Would the 1866 be
considered a woody?

The 1865 I would say EF-40 because of the weak WE and the lines in the shield are a bit worn, not much luster from
what I can tell.
And would say VF-20 on the 1866, It does indeed have that woody look to it, but it appears very light
in these pics. I'm assuming it's more prominent in hand?

WE on th 66 is a hurtin VF-20 may be a bit low however
