It looks legit, but prices seem to be trending high. It's the first time I have ever seen it, so just my first glance at it.

I agree with Duke prices seem high. Good if your a seller. Bid increments are a little steep on the ones I looked at. A 1980 proof set at $4 with $3 bid increments. I also didn't redily see shipping cost.

I have gotten some coins and other stuff from that site. Decent prices before you add shipping. To me in GA, most shipping is $7.95, other shipping can be $14.44

And sometimes they use stock pictures, so the coin pictured may or may not be the exact one you get.
