This coin also came into my possession today. The Red Book of 2009 shows that there are two varieties. Could you please help me in telling what variety it is. My stab at it is variety 2. How Close AM I? Thanks

IMHO that is a type 2, on type 1 letters are thicker and the tail of the letter S extends beyond the upper section.

Type 1 on left, Type 2 on right
