Ugh. If you tried to hug that guy, he'd squirt from your grasp like wet soap.

Greasy.

Bryan
I keep forgetting I am sending these links to my american friend
(That is the good links)

They are from ebay Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Netherlands,
Belgium etc

I tell my friend what the vendor says and he gives his photograde
Since I understand all those languages he only has to look at the picture and decide the grade and the price

Attached is a raw MS66 -MS67 that just sold from Switzerland
The Suisse girl will ship worldwide but that does not include accurate grading nor speaking English in the bargain

For once her coin was super
Rest in Peace

First pass I only look at the pictures
If I kind of like what I see I import it in my photo editor
and blow it up every which way but loose ( paraphrasing Burt Reynolds film and the film called Blow up )
After that I read the text and if they say they ship nationally only I bribe them by offering to pay whatever insured shipment costs
( They do not know )

One of the best people in the world an american boss of mine once said he did not understand why the french did not speak english
He spent three months with Berlitz learning flemish which is one of the most difficult languages in the world because we all use dialects
I should not have laughed when he spoke in flemish to me

I am ashamed to say I got fooled for 5 minutes
I was so exited grading this coin I imported
in my photoprogram and flipped it right to see
it is not a no motto 1908 or at least only half
The other half is a 1988

He put it upside down so you would only see the MS65 plus lustre and not focus on the date
I think he knew very well what he was doing
I think in the US they call it plausible deniability

That's wierd: If he wants to be deceptive and misleading why not go all the way and photoshop his coins into holders.

He is a Belgian selling it on Belgian ebay
Most Belgians never saw a holder for real (like me) or do not even
know they exist
So some vendors use the eraser tool to make disappear scratches or go all the way and despeckle the coin into an atomic glow
