Moe is right. Why would you want to clean a legacy coin?
Removing organic gunk from a coin is one thing, but tarnish is just part of its history (not to mention its surface) and should never be cleaned off, especially if you do not want to decrease the value of it. May as well get a Dremel tool with a pad and whizz it with silver cream. Voila! Nice and shiny!
