I THINK YOU MIGHT .... but.... Your photos inconclusive. Follow the link John posted (above). Your work (and fun) has just begun.
On Coppercoins.com For each Doubled Die type, there are photos of "Markers" (marks on the die that only that particular die has) that will confirm whether you have a DD or not... and which particular type. Much Fun!

Better pictures would help, but from what I see on the date (I assume that's where you see the doubling) looks like Machine Doubling to me.

The images are too small. Here is what to look for on the stronger doubled die obverse:
1982-DDO-Penny?
There is a normal coin image with each doubled die image. Hope this helps?

took better pic 3 new of the two in the date with profile.Didnt see any other 1982 DDO on web, are there many?

Not a doubled die, just common Machine Doubling damage.
